That said, you will still see GREAT results if you follow the schedule, workout hard and most importantly, follow the meal plan! We worked out 6 days a week and sometimes 7. There were difficult times, when we missed days, but overall we only got about a week behind schedule and did all the exercises. I started out doing the 'Lean' Program and my Husband did 'Classic'. About half way through I intensified my 'Lean' schedule by doing Plyometrics instead of the Cardio X Video. We did a similar workout 2 weeks ago but the sequence changed. This program is 8 weeks where you workout only 4 days a week and recover 3 days a week.
